5 Zero-Upload Technology & Data Loss Disclaimer

Because all image compression and format conversions take place within your computer or mobile device's transient browser memory:

1. Original Files Are Untouched: CompressTinyImage does not modify your original files on your storage drive; only new compressed copies are generated.

2. No Cloud Backups: If you close your browser tab or clear your session before downloading the compressed files, the processed data in RAM is discarded and cannot be restored by us. You are solely responsible for saving your converted files.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

CompressTinyImage is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

While we engineer our algorithms to achieve maximum fidelity and precise file weight bounds, we do not warrant that output files will meet the subjective standards of every third-party portal or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete web browsers lacking modern HTML5 Canvas support.
